35 youth strengthened their knowledge of conservation and biodiversity; learned skills related to forestry nurseries and reforestation; and explored topics such as migration, lack of employment, inappropriate use of water, and deforestation in relation to environmental conservation

Community art project the "Ribbon Tree" was created by participants to promote the conservation of 48 Cantons forest's biodiversity and ancestral practices

175 students from 9 schools in Totonicapan replicated the Ribbon Tree activity in conservation workshops at their schools and added those ribbons to the final installation
