"Girls and women face many issues in our society. Using art to address these problems and empower girls with knowledge has been inspirational."

"With this project, I felt safe to spread my wings. Since I was young I had a dream of making a painting that could send a message. This mural offered me a safe space to explore different types of leadership, build skills, and meet awesome new friends. One of the most important things I’ve learned is that leadership doesn’t always mean being the person at the front of the room, or the loudest voice in a group, but having the ability to express yourself."

- Dorca

"I always thought having confidence was a miracle. Through this project, I learned that I can grow my confidence by expressing myself through art. I learned it does not matter if I am not the loudest voice, creativity and art is my strength. I will change the world through art."

- Kevine
