Growing Leadership Fundraising Campaign
grassroots leadership training

Each year, we equip community leaders and activists - primarily women and youth - from over 12 countries with the tools they need to ignite change in their communities around gender equality and climate justice, which are both critical to a healthy and sustainable planet. We believe that change is only possible through collective action and that those closest to the problem are best equipped to solve it.

We are asking for your help.

In honor of Spring, we are hosting our 12-day

Growing Leadership Campaign,

culminating on Earth Day, 4/22. Our goal is to raise $7,000.

Will you help us by making a donation today?

What will your donation be used for?

Each year, we offer programs, workshops, and coaching for over 2,800 girl leaders and climate justice activists in Africa and Latin America. These programs include leadership skills, climate change knowledge, critical thinking and analysis, collective decision making, feminist-based organizing practices, and the innovative use of art for community advocacy. All of this work results in real world impact and sustainable change around gender equality and climate justice in communities around the world, led by and for community members.

To give some examples, your donation of...

  • $25 provides materials, such as workbooks & art supplies, for one gender equality or climate justice leader

  • $50 helps produce a girl-led podcast episode that reaches over 450 girls in East Africa

  • $100 provides one-to-one coaching for a climate justice leader advocating for change in their community

  • $250 helps cover the cost of one girl to attend the East African Girls’ Leadership Summit

  • $500 enables a local artist to collaborate with leaders to bring a Creative Advocacy Practicum to life

In honor of Earth Day, please join us in cultivating creative leaders for the planet by making a donation today! Thank you.
