Creative Advocacy Practicum
The East African Girls' Leadership Summit (EAGLS) has always been about activating girls' leadership skills to creatively address a range of barriers to girls' education and advance gender equality in their communities. Even in times as challenging as these, we have been activating girls' leadership and advocacy skills. Recently we paired esteemed East African artists with our Sauti ya Dada clubs to combat a pressing issue for girls through our Creative Advocacy Practicum (CAP).
These projects were for girls, led by girls. At the virtual EAGLS summit, girls from across the region came together to learn from one another.
